Kings County Distillery Barrel Strength Bourbon is a 750 ml bottling of cask-strength bourbon made in Brooklyn. It goes into the bottle uncut, at full proof, with no reduction after barrel aging.
That approach puts the distillery's grain selection, distillation technique and barrel aging front and center. The result is a robust bourbon built for drinkers who want the spirit as it came from the cask.
Expect full-proof intensity, clear grain character, oak spice and a robust sweetness through the finish.
