A tribute to a storied past, the Chairman's Reserve 1931 stands as a distinguished Rum by St. Lucia Distillers. This flagship expression is crafted through a meticulous blend, combining spirits distilled in both Coffey column and copper pot stills and aged in bourbon casks for a period ranging from 7 to 12 years. Ninety percent of the blend originates from traditional molasses, while the remaining ten percent is derived from sugarcane juice, yielding a harmonious balance of complexity and subtle depth.
The visual presentation boasts a vibrant medium gold hue edged with a bronze rim, complemented by layers of sweet raisin and toasted oak aromas intertwined with hints of leather, spice, and tobacco. On the palate, rich sultana fruit mingles with nuances of caramel and buttery oak for a lingering, multi-dimensional finish. Elevate your collection with this distinguished spirit and make it a centerpiece of your selection today.
