At 4 Origines, they love brewing with tea. They find that a tea infusion adds beautiful, intense flavour as well as a refreshing dryness that fits with lots of styles. They have never, however, brewed a tea sour! So here you have it, Fruit Thé. No fruits were harmed in the making of this sour,. Instead, the beer is infused with several varieties of tea that offer the flavours of fruits typically picked at the end of summer, including apples, raspberries and blackberries. It's super fruity and slightly acidic with a nice freshness that matches perfectly with an early autumn day.
