With fresh herbal aromatics and mulled fruit flavors, our Wyethia Flame Malbec Blend makes the ideal fireside wine. This complex blend is dark fruited and rustic, differentiating it from many of the other Malbec-driven wines you may have tried. This flavor profile is a timeless example of Californian terroir. The historic soils of Lodi ensure peak ripeness levels in the vineyard at harvest. Throughout the day, large stones on the soil’s surface gather heat from the sun. When cool nighttime temperatures blanket the vineyard, these rocks continue to radiate heat onto the fruit from below, extending the ripening period into the night. This results in perfectly plump, ripe fruit and, in turn, a wine with rich flavor and delectable sweetness. Our Malbec Blend is the ideal wine to grab for evening gatherings surrounded by good friends and hearty stews. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
