A unique and complex amber wine that showcases the distinctive characteristics of its varietal and terroir. Vinos Del Viento Amber is produced by a family-owned winery that is dedicated to creating exceptional and distinctive wines in the Maule Valley of Chile. This amber wine is made from the Moscatel Rosado grape, which is grown in the winery's vineyards using sustainable and organic farming practices. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and then fermented with indigenous yeast, before being aged in French oak barrels for a year to create a well-rounded and complex wine.
nextSectionNose: The nose is an enticing blend of floral and fruity notes, with dominant aromas of apricot, peach, and orange blossom. As the wine opens up, subtle hints of honey, vanilla, and toasted oak emerge, adding depth and complexity to the bouquet. Palate: On the palate, Vinos Del Viento Amber is full-bodied, with a rich and silky texture that is beautifully balanced by crisp acidity. The dominant flavors of apricot, peach, and orange zest are complemented by the subtle hints of honey, vanilla, and toasted oak. Mid-palate, the flavors evolve to reveal notes of candied ginger, white pepper, and a touch of minerality, creating a well-rounded and harmonious profile. Finish: The finish is long and satisfying, with the lingering flavors of stone fruit, honey, and vanilla fading gently, leaving behind a subtle aftertaste of toasted oak and a hint of spice.
