This crisp craft cider originates from Canada, specifically Calgary, Alberta. Uncommon Cider Co. is recognized as Western Canada's first urban cidery, founded in 2016 by Brodie Thomas. The company's philosophy is rooted in a passion for traditional, full-juice English-style ciders, focusing on a quality-driven approach that utilizes 100 per cent real fruit juice rather than concentrates or added sweeteners.
The 'Crush' is a clean and classic cider made with 100 per cent British Columbia apples. It displays a bright appearance and is noted for being bursting with floral aromatics. On the palate, the cider is crisp and refreshing, offering a 'classic with a twist' profile that emphasizes the natural character of the fruit. Stylistically, it is a dry and very crushable beverage designed for easy drinking. The alcohol by volume (ABV) is 5.0 per cent.
