Fresh, balanced lemonade made effortless.
Top Hat Lemonade Batching Concentrate & Craft Sour Mix is an ultra-premium, bartender-built lemon base made with cold-pressed lemon juice, real cane sugar, and a carefully tuned acid structure. Designed to replace fresh squeezing without sacrificing brightness or balance, it delivers clean citrus snap and smooth mouthfeel in every pour.
Equally at home behind the bar or on the kitchen counter, this concentrate is built for classic lemonades, sparkling lemonades, sours, Collins cocktails, spritzes, and frozen lemonade programs—both spirited and alcohol-free.
- Made with Cold-Pressed Lemon Juice & Cane Sugar – Crafted in small batches using real lemon juice and filtered water for a true farmstand lemonade profile with consistent tart-sweet balance.
- Simple Farmstand Lemonade Recipe – Mix 1.25oz Top Hat with 4oz water or soda water for sparkling lemonade or seltzers. For cocktails, add 1.5oz spirit or alcohol-free spirit alternative.
- 5-Gallon Keg Formula (Lemonade, Sour, or Collins) – Combine 4 bottles Top Hat + 5L spirit (or alcohol-free alternative) + 10 quarts water. Yields approximately 100 consistent, bar-quality drinks.
- Frozen Lemonade Ready – Mix 2 bottles Top Hat + 2L spirit (or alcohol-free alternative) + 4 quarts water. Mix thoroughly, load the hopper, and serve.
- Built for Home & Professional Use – Performs cleanly for single drinks, draft systems, frozen machines, and large-format batching without separation or flavor drift.
- Ingredients: Filtered Water, Cane Sugar, Cold-Pressed Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Apple Cider Vinegar, Gum Arabic, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Benzoate
