The Botanist Islay Cask Aged — Bruichladdich's foraged-botanical gin rested in whisky casks at 92 proof.
The Botanist's 22 hand-foraged Islay botanicals take on a new dimension after aging in casks at the Bruichladdich distillery — soft oak, honeyed depth, and island character layered over the gin's wild herbal complexity. A limited cask-aged expression for martinis with whisky soul.
Tasting Notes
Foraged herbs and citrus over soft oak, honey, and gentle vanilla; long, layered, faintly maritime finish.
