St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur is a masterclass in restraint and precision from one of California's most celebrated craft distilleries. This exceptional liqueur captures the essence of ripe Bartlett pears at their peak, enhanced with a carefully curated blend of warm spices that elevate rather than overwhelm the delicate fruit character.
Crafted in Alameda, California by St. George Spirits—pioneers of American craft distilling since 1982—this liqueur showcases their philosophy of using impeccable ingredients and meticulous technique to achieve remarkable depth. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit that tastes like biting into a perfectly ripe pear with a whisper of cinnamon, ginger, and clove dancing in the background.
Tasting Notes:
- Fresh, ripe Bartlett pear with natural sweetness
- Warm spices: cinnamon, ginger, and clove
- Delicate floral notes and subtle vanilla
- Smooth, elegant finish with lingering fruit and spice
Perfect for fall and winter cocktails, adding complexity to champagne or sparkling wine, pairing with cheese and charcuterie, or sipping chilled as a refined digestif. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur brings California craft distilling excellence to your bar.
