Tasting Note: A charming and fruit-forward sparkling wine with tropical brightness, lively acidity and gentle elegance. Made from Grüner Veltliner, it offers a softer, approachable style with refreshing mousse and a mellow lingering finish. Ideal as an aperitif or for those treasured quiet moments before guests arrive.
Food Pairing: high acidity and effervescence create perfect pairings for rich, creamy, and delicate seafood dishes. Its crisp bubbles refresh the palate against the brine of fresh oysters and cut through the heavy creaminess of Brie or Camembert cheese. For main courses, it elevates rich Coquilles Saint-Jacques and balances a savory mushroom and leek puff pastry, concluding with lightly sweet pineapple tartlets that mirror the wine's tropical aromas without overwhelming its freshness.
