Siete Leguas Decadas Tequila is a masterful creation that marks the pinnacle of tequila craftsmanship. This limited edition blanco tequila is a celebration of Siete Leguas' 70th anniversary, a testament to seven decades of dedication to traditional tequila making. The spirit is crafted from Agave Criollo, a variety of agave grown in the wild, yielding a smaller but richer piña. The agave is slowly cooked in small stone ovens, crushed using a traditional tahona mill, and fermented naturally, exposing the juice and agave fiber to wild yeasts in the ambient environment, surrounded by citrus and fruit trees at the Casa Siete Leguas estate.
