Russell Henry Dark Gin originates from California and is known for its unique blend of botanicals and barrel aging. Crafted by master distiller Jörg Rupf, this gin stands out due to its complex flavor profile and rich history.
The tasting notes reveal a deep, layered character with hints of vanilla, oak, and spices from the barrel aging process. Juniper, citrus, and herbal undertones create a balanced yet robust experience. The ingredients include traditional gin botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, and citrus peel, infused with additional flavors from the aging barrels.
With an alcohol content of 45.6%, Russell Henry Dark Gin is potent yet smooth. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like the Negroni or Old Fashioned, where its rich flavors add depth and sophistication.
