Reàl Infused Exotics Lychee Puree Syrup is a squeezable, bar-ready lychee concentrate that brings sweet floral lychee flavor to cocktails, nonalcoholic drinks, and creative desserts.
This Lychee Reàl comes in a 16.9 fl oz squeezable bottle formulated for bartenders, home mixologists, and pastry chefs who want consistent exotic fruit flavor without the bulk or mess of cans. Its thick, spoonable texture and drip-resistant spout make it easy to measure and layer in drinks, incorporate into frozen blends, or fold into dessert batters and foams. The recipe emphasizes lychee’s floral-sweet character and is designed to remain uniform with minimal separation so you get the same taste and texture from the first pour to the last.
How will this Lychee Reàl perform in cocktails and mocktails?
The puree adds clear lychee aroma and sweet, floral fruit notes that complement spirits and nonalcoholic mixers. Use it to build Italian sodas, stir into gin or vodka cocktails for a tropical accent, or blend with ice for frozen daiquiris and coladas. Its texture helps integrate flavor without diluting balance.
- Perfect for Italian sodas and beer cocktails to add a fruity layer.
- Blends well with rum, vodka, or gin for shaken or frozen drinks.
- Squeezable bottle allows accurate pours and clean layering.
- Pairs especially well with floral liqueurs and coconut elements.
What makes the squeezable bottle useful behind the bar or at home?
The wide-mouth, soft bottle design lets you scoop or spoon out thicker puree and the volcano-shaped spout prevents drips, keeping prep areas tidy. Because it’s resealable and designed to resist oxygen exposure, the product stays more uniform and reduces waste compared with typical canned purees. You can measure, pour, or spoon directly from the container, speeding up service and mise en place.
- Wide opening accepts a bar spoon or small spatula for easy access.
- Drip-resistant spout delivers controlled, mess-free pouring.
- Compact bottle stores easily in refrigerators or pantries.
- Formulation minimizes separation for consistent pours over time.
Can I use this lychee puree for cooking and desserts?
Yes — the sweet, floral concentrate works beyond beverages. Add it to frostings, custards, or sorbets for an exotic lift, or experiment with modern techniques like fruit foams and caviar for plated desserts. Its stable texture and concentrated flavor make it a versatile ingredient for both seasoned chefs and adventurous home cooks.
- Stir into ice cream bases, sorbets, or panna cotta for pronounced lychee taste.
- Fold into cake batters or glazes to create fruity layers and fillings.
- Use in culinary foams or spherification for modernist presentations.
- Works well mixed with coconut or floral ingredients in desserts.
Who is this for: Lychee Reàl is intended for bartenders, café owners, and home mixologists who want a reliable, easy-to-use lychee flavoring, as well as pastry chefs and foodies experimenting with tropical flavors.
