Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin
Barrel-Finished London Dry Gin | 44.5% ABV (89 Proof) | 750mL | Finished in Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Barrels | Louisville, Kentucky
Process & Profile
Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin is a barrel-finished London Dry gin from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Rather than presenting a traditional clear gin, Rabbit Hole starts with a London Dry gin base and finishes it in rye whiskey barrels previously used to age Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. That finishing process gives the gin a pale golden hue, a softer juniper profile, and added layers of oak, spice, citrus, honey, ginger, and rye-barrel warmth.
The botanical foundation includes classic London Dry ingredients such as juniper, angelica, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, orris root, and licorice. Fresh citrus peel and hand-cracked juniper help create a vibrant gin base, while the whiskey barrel finish adds depth and texture. The result is a gin that sits between worlds: still bright, botanical, and citrus-driven, but with a rounded barrel character that can appeal to both gin drinkers and whiskey fans.
Bottled at 89 proof, Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin is smooth enough to sip neat or over ice, yet structured enough for cocktails. It works especially well for customers looking for a barrel-aged gin, rye barrel finished gin, or a more complex gin for spirit-forward drinks.

How to Enjoy
Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin can be enjoyed neat, over a large ice cube, or in cocktails where its barrel-finished character can stand out. Neat or on the rocks, it shows more oak, honey, ginger, citrus, and softened juniper, making it a strong sipping gin for whiskey drinkers.
For cocktails, use Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin in a Martini, Negroni, Gin Old Fashioned, Martinez, Tom Collins, or gin and tonic. Its rye barrel finish also makes it especially useful in drinks that normally call for aged spirits, allowing the gin to bring citrus and botanicals while the barrel adds warmth, spice, and texture.
