Design your own shot from first drop to last. The R Nine One puts a manual pressure paddle in your hands and five saveable profiles on its touchscreen, so you can pre-infuse low, ramp high, decline slowly, or replicate any cafe in the world. This is the machine for the barista who wants total control.
Commercial-grade internals make it possible: a fully saturated group head locks temperature to the brew boiler with near-zero drift, dual AISI 316L stainless steel boilers handle simultaneous brewing and steaming, and a permanent magnet volumetric pump delivers precise, silent pressure. Plumb-in capable with a 2.5 L reservoir backup. Handcrafted in Milan.
Features
Save up to 5 pressure profiles on the touchscreen or take real-time manual control with the front-mounted paddle.
Fully saturated group head keeps the brew chamber thermally fused to the boiler for locked-in stability.
Dual AISI 316L stainless steel boilers with insulation handle back-to-back drinks without pressure drop.
Adjust extraction pressure from 0 to 11 bar by feel, mid-shot, for any profile shape you can imagine.
Color touchscreen displays your extraction curve in real time, plus PID temps, schedules, and volumetric dosing.
Permanent magnet volumetric pump delivers precise, repeatable pressure with near-silent operation.
