The elderflower is small, white, and star-shaped, with a distinct floral aroma and a sweet, slightly musky flavor. The flowers bloom in late spring and early summer, and their fragrance fills the air with a pleasant, fruity scent.
Prosyro elderflower syrup is made from carefully selected elderflowers, which are picked at the height of their freshness and infused into a simple syrup. This process ensures that the delicate floral notes and subtle sweetness of the elderflowers are captured perfectly in every bottle. It is a versatile and delicious ingredient that can add a touch of sweetness and floral notes to a wide variety of beverages and dishes.
