Privada Storytelling
The Watch Series is where horology and cigars intersect—where timeless craft meets indulgence. Each release mirrors an iconic timepiece, and the Silver AP is no exception, inspired by the legendary Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph in its sleek steel colorway.
Like the Royal Oak, this cigar is elegant yet robust, a statement of precision and legacy. AJ Fernandez, a master whose tobaccos have shaped the very language of modern cigar making, crafted this blend entirely from his own Nicaraguan farms. Rolled at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua, the Silver AP reflects his pursuit of balance, detail, and heritage.
When you smoke it, you’re not just enjoying a cigar—you’re wearing a piece of horological luxury in tobacco form. A smoke designed to be as timeless as the watch it honors.
Flavor Journey
-
First Third: Opens with cedar, light pepper, and a toasted nuttiness that settles into a creamy, balanced profile. A subtle citrus zest brightens the finish.
-
Second Third: Sweet cream and oak take over, joined by baking spices and a hint of leather. The retrohale introduces warming pepper and a touch of nutmeg.
-
Final Third: Richer oak and spice carry through, with faint citrus sweetness and smooth cream closing the experience in perfect balance.
Why It Belongs in Privada
The Silver AP is more than a cigar—it’s part of a narrative that connects the artistry of watchmaking with the craft of tobacco. Just as a Royal Oak commands respect among collectors, the Watch Series earns its place in Privada’s history by creating collectibles with meaning. It’s rare, refined, and rooted in AJ Fernandez’s legendary tobacco legacy.
