Pomegranaze 100% Organic Pomegranate Molasses is a thick, naturally tart syrup made from slowly reduced organic pomegranate juice, bottled in glass to preserve its pure flavor.
Made without added sugars, preservatives, or artificial colors, this molasses provides an intense fruity-tangy backbone for cooking, finishing, and dressing. The concentrated syrup is produced from organically grown fruit and reduced to a glossy, pourable consistency that holds up in both hot and cold preparations. The 12.35 oz glass bottle protects flavor and helps you pour control for precise culinary use.
How will this molasses change my cooking?
Pomegranaze molasses adds bright acidity and concentrated fruit sweetness, giving sauces, glazes, and dressings a layered depth without overpowering other ingredients. Because it is highly reduced, a small amount goes a long way to balance savory and sweet elements.
- Use as a glaze for roasted meats or vegetables to add caramelized tang.
- Stir into vinaigrettes for a fruity, acidic lift.
- Mix into marinades to tenderize and flavor concurrently.
- Finish desserts or cocktails with a few drops for visual shine and flavor contrast.
What exactly is inside the bottle and how clean is it?

- Shake gently before use if separation occurs.
- Refrigeration after opening extends shelf life and flavor integrity.
- Glass bottle helps prevent flavor transfer and keeps the syrup pure.
