Pisco Capel Moai Reservado is a Chilean grape spirit from Capel, presented in its distinctive Moai-shaped bottle inspired by the monumental statues of Rapa Nui. Produced from pisco grapes in northern Chile, this Reservado expression showcases aromatic grape character alongside subtle maturation influence, bringing together fruit, gentle spice, herbs, and wood in a balanced 40% ABV style. The unique bottle was created as a tribute to Rapa Nui culture, making the expression as recognizable for its presentation as for the spirit inside.
Food Pairing: Ceviche, grilled prawns, seafood, mild cheeses, roasted nuts, citrus-marinated chicken, fruit desserts, and almond pastries.
I would omit Nose, Palate and Finish. I found tasting notes only from non-approved retailer sources, so under your SOP we shouldn't use them.
