A release not often seen from lambic producers, in Oude Vieux Lambiek the brewery gives the consumer a peek into the much-protected process of lambic brewing. By releasing this young lambic prior to years of aging or cross-vintage blending, the result is perhaps the purest representation of the Senne Valley's famed microflaura - the active ingredient that limits lambic production to only this small region near Brussels - on the market. A must try for sour lovers.
