This one is personal. Like… really personal.
Let me give you the backstory…
As a little boy—I became OBSESSED with pancakes. In fact, some of my first (and fondest) memories are waking up to the sound of Mom cooking pancakes for us kids early in the morning.
🥞I’d sit down and absolutely DROWN those pancakes in maple syrup. (It’s really the only way to eat pancakes properly!)
AND…I still do that to this very day.
When we released the original Pancakes & Syrup back in 2024, it instantly became a cult favorite. Everyone loved it!
But in my mind, there was always something whispering: “More Maple! More damn Maple!”
So we went back to work to achieve peak maple overload in this cigar!
Not fake sweetness. Not kinda/sorta. Rich, layered, decadent maple woven deep into the blend. That meant hunting impossible-to-get tobaccos (as usual), aging longer, fermenting deeper, and blending more intently than anything we’ve ever done.
The result is pure MAPLE MAYHEM!🍁
PANCAKES & SYRUP MAPLE MAYHEM was originally scheduled to be a full Ezra Zion release...but we only had enough tobaccos to make a micro-batch of 380 cigars!
PANCAKES & SYRUP MAPLE MAYHEM is a 6.25x48 toro. Wrapper is a delecatble 12-year-aged Criollo 98 leaf. Binder and fillers will remain a closely guarded secret.
Full-bodied. Med/Full-strength. Tobaccos aged b/n 6-12 years!
1st 3rd: Maple syrup, caramel, milk chocolate, light brown sugar, cedarwood, nutmeg, vanilla bean, heavy whipping cream...
2nd 3rd: Melted butter, cinnamon stick, toasted almond, clove, chocolate chips, raw cane sugar, graham cracker...
3rd 3rd: White cake frosting, cocoa, black pepper, rum barrel, custard, toasted marshmallows, fresh brewed coffee
We poured our heart, soul, (and childhood memories) into PANCAKES & SYRUP: MAPLE MAYHEM. It’s one of the most emotional blends we’ve ever created…and one of the most delicious!
