Noah’s Mill Cask Strength packs a potent punch—boasting a full-bodied, smoky, and smooth character at 114.3 proof (57.15% ABV). Despite its high proof, it's notably elegant and balanced, unveiling layers of rich caramel, rye spice, and chocolatey sweetness with remarkable finesse
Origins & Production

Aromatics (Nose)
Begins with nutty peanut dust, followed by old wood, corn husk, and dusty rickhouse character. Subtle fruit emerges—golden raisins and apricot—alongside toffee and caramel, evoking a richly layered scent profile
Palate & Texture
-
Creamy yet bold, developing raisin, walnut, jammy dark fruit, and nostalgic peanut butter & jelly notes.
-
Balances spicy rye undertones with a soft, velvety finish that contrasts with its strength—drinks smoother than the proof suggests.
Finish
-
Extended and warm: rich chocolate, caramel, and lingering oak spice. The end is robust yet inviting—smooth rather than abrasive.
