Metaxa 7 Stars Brandy is a distinctive Greek amber spirit crafted from a blend of sweet Muscat wine sourced exclusively from the island of Samos, fine wine distillates, and Mediterranean botanicals. Richer in Muscat wine than the other expressions in the METAXA Stars range, it delivers a rounded and pleasantly sweet profile with ripe peach, prune, dried flowers, mature fruit, toffee, vanilla, and gentle spice. Amber with copper reflections, it finishes long and generously with lingering fruit character.
Food Pairing: Roasted nuts, dried fruit, aged cheeses, peach tart, baklava, vanilla pastries, caramel desserts, and dark chocolate.
Tasting Notes: Amber with copper reflections, offering a balanced, rounded and fruit-forward profile with citrus, stone fruit, dried fruit, floral notes, spice, vanilla, and toffee.
Nose: Ripe peach, prune, and delicate dried floral aromas.
Palate: Rounded and pleasantly sweet with ripe mature fruit and caramel-toffee, supported by citrus, stone fruit, vanilla, and gentle spice.
Finish: Long and generous with lingering ripe fruit character.
