The Mazzer Philos is engineered for zero retention, ensuring every dose is fresh and flavourful. Its innovative vertical burr system and optimized grind chamber eliminate flavour crossover, allowing you to seamlessly switch between coffee varieties and grind settings. The integrated dose finisher further minimizes waste and keeps your workspace clean.
Precision Grind Control for Every Brew:
Experience ultimate control with the Philos' dual grind adjustment modes. Choose stepped adjustment with precise 6-micron increments for consistent results across various brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over and batch brew. For the ultimate in customization, switch to stepless adjustment for infinite micro-adjustments, perfect for dialing in the perfect shot.
Built for Durability and Performance:
Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, brass, and anodized aluminum, the Mazzer Philos is built to last. Its robust 12.5 kg frame and vibration-dampening system ensure quiet and stable operation, even under heavy use. Precisely machined mating surfaces and tight tolerances guarantee consistent performance over time.
Effortless Workflow and Maintenance:
The Philos is designed with user convenience in mind. The front-access grind chamber allows for easy cleaning and burr replacement without losing your grind setting. The ergonomic dial provides clear and secure adjustments. The removable stainless steel hopper offers flexibility, allowing for direct bean feeding and reducing the grinder's overall height.
Enhanced Flavor Extraction & Uniform Grinds:
The vertically oriented flat burrs, pre-breaker, and optimized grind path minimize clogging and regrinding, ensuring a consistent bean flow. This meticulous design prevents popcorning and delivers uniform grind size, maximizing the flavour and aroma of your coffee.
Safety & Sustainability:
The Mazzer Philos prioritizes user safety with electronic and mechanical safety features, even when the hopper is removed. Constructed from recyclable materials, this grinder combines exceptional performance with an eco-conscious design.
