Revolutionary pour-over dripper featuring a suspended body design and patented grooved short rib structure. Near-zero bypass water ensures maximum extraction efficiency and consistently balanced cups. Compatible with most conical filter papers.
Key Features
Pour Over, Perfected
The Hytrac Coffee Dripper reimagines traditional pour-over design with engineering that actually makes a difference. If you've struggled with inconsistent extraction or bypass water diluting your brew, this dripper solves both problems elegantly.
What Makes Hytrac Different
Most drippers allow water to flow down the sides of the filter paper without passing through the coffee bed—what's called "bypass water." It's an extraction killer. The Hytrac's unique no-bypass structure ensures the filter paper adheres closely to the cup wall, virtually eliminating wasted water and giving you maximum flavor extraction from every gram of coffee.
The suspended body design is genius in its simplicity. By elevating the dripper, steam doesn't interfere with your pour, and you get a clear view of your extraction in real-time. Plus, the reduced contact area between filter and surface keeps things hygienic—no coffee oils sitting on your countertop.
Engineered for Efficiency
The patented grooved short rib design is where science meets flavor. By reducing the rib count by 50% at the bottom, water flows faster and more evenly through the coffee bed. This means:
- Shorter brew times without under-extraction
- More consistent contact between water and grounds
- Less channeling and uneven extraction
- Balanced, complex flavor in every cup
Universal Compatibility
Tested with dozens of filter brands, the Hytrac works with most conical filter papers on the market. Whether you prefer bleached, unbleached, or specialty filters, this dripper has you covered.
