The Matilde Para José Seijas is more than a cigar. It is a tribute to one of the most influential figures in premium tobacco. José Seijas, longtime head of Tabacalera de García, helped define modern cigar craftsmanship, and this toro 6 x 52 honors his legacy with depth and elegance.
Handmade at Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic, it pairs a silky Ecuadorian wrapper with a Dominican binder and fillers aged over a year for perfect balance.
The profile opens with coffee and black pepper, then unfolds into layers of oak, toasted almond, nutmeg, sourdough, and sweet hay. Earthy undertones and a touch of clove on the finish showcase the expertise behind every draw.
Balanced, flavorful, and quietly complex, it is a worthy nod to Seijas’s enduring influence on Dominican tobacco.
Cigar Size: 6x52 Toro
