Mathilde Pêche Peach Liqueur 750ml is a French fruit liqueur produced by Maison Ferrand from vine peaches and white peaches. The fruit is selected for its ripe aroma and juicy white flesh, then macerated whole—skin, flesh, and pit—in alcohol to capture a broad range of peach character. A small amount of sugar and water round the liqueur and bring it to bottling strength. This exact single-bottle unit is 750ml at 18% ABV / 36 proof; its consumer UPC, size, proof, and six-bottle wholesale case configuration are confirmed by current authenticated distribution and state control-board records.
The profile centers on ripe peach, white grape, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, juicy stone-fruit sweetness is joined by vanilla and a subtle pit-derived nuttiness, while floral complexity keeps the fruit from reading as one-dimensional. The finish holds a clean peach fragrance with a soft white-blossom accent. Its whole-fruit maceration and moderate proof suit sparkling-wine drinks, tiki-style cocktails, or a small pour lengthened with soda. Serve it chilled when a fresh, aromatic peach character is the priority.
