Jayson Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc made from whole-cluster-pressed fruit. The producer ferments most of the wine in barrel and stirs the lees for four months, building texture while preserving freshness. This listing is for one 750 mL bottle at 13.8% ABV.
The winery describes green apple, white peach, and honeysuckle on the nose. Lemon, pear, passion fruit, and lime follow on the palate, with wet-stone mineral detail and a bright finish. The combination of citrus, orchard fruit, tropical notes, and lees-derived texture gives the wine both energy and a rounded mouthfeel.
Serve chilled in a white-wine glass. This 2022 Napa Sauvignon Blanc works well with oysters, grilled fish, shrimp, goat cheese, fresh salads, or herb-driven dishes. Letting the bottle warm slightly from refrigerator temperature can reveal more of the peach, floral, and mineral character without losing its refreshing acidity.
