These aren't your ordinary veggie straws. They're SUPER! Made with a real veggie blend of yellow peas, brown rice, cassava, and sweet potato. Jackson's Super Veggie Straws are cooked in avocado oil.
When their son Jackson was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder, his parents prioritized finding ways to alleviate his symptoms. They discovered that a high-fat, low-carb diet, particularly with coconut oil and other premium fats, significantly improved his health and quality of life. The entire family adopted this diet but missed snack foods, prompting them to create their own. They began making thinly-sliced sweet potato chips cooked slowly in coconut oil, resulting in delicious snacks. Inspired by Jackson, they founded Jackson's to share these snacks with others, proudly continuing his legacy through their company.
