Each month this subscription will get two Extra-Light roast variants of our regular subscription menu, carefully profiled and curated for our Extra-Light subscribers. This gives Extra-Light subs all the perks of being a regular subscriber (listed below), while also experiencing a unique approach to each coffee that is much lighter than our regular (and already light) subscription offerings.
Extra-light roasts are recommended to experienced brewers only, willing to wait 35-50 days after roast before enjoying each coffee for optimal rest with best results. Extra-Light roasts often sacrifice our light roast intensity of acidity and sweetness in exchange for higher clarity. If this does not sound like your preference, please refer to our light subscription service Here
