Gulp Hablo Garnacha 2025 comes from Bodegas Parra Jiménez, a pioneering organic and biodynamic estate in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Made from 100% Garnacha grapes sourced from two distinct vineyard sites—Entresendas, an ancient riverbed with alluvial soils, and Olla del Monte (Cuesta Colorá), where chalky clay slopes are covered with heat-retaining pebbles—this wine benefits from both Demeter biodynamic and Sohiscert organic certifications. Gulp Hablo Garnacha 2025 is crafted in collaboration with winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce: grapes are fully destemmed, fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, then aged six months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
