Originating from California, Gray Whale Gin is a tribute to the majestic migration of gray whales along the Pacific coast. Crafted with locally sourced botanicals, each sip encapsulates the essence of the Golden State's diverse flora. This small-batch gin delivers a symphony of flavors, with prominent notes of juniper, sage, and fir needles, reminiscent of the coastal wilderness where the inspiration was born. Subtle hints of citrus and a touch of sea salt evoke the briny air of the ocean spray.
Best enjoyed in a classic gin and tonic, Gray Whale Gin pairs perfectly with premium tonic water and a garnish of fresh sage or a twist of grapefruit peel to accentuate its botanical complexity. Its smooth and balanced profile makes it versatile for crafting cocktails, adding a coastal flair to classics like the martini or the negroni. With an exact alcohol by volume (ABV) of 43%, this gin promises a refined drinking experience, whether savored neat or mixed into your favorite libation.
