Privada Storytelling
The Golden Eagle — Orum — soars as one of the crown jewels of the Subterraneo series. Designed to embody noble light and balance, this 7×40 lancero captures the harmony of sun and shade during cultivation, delivering elegance without excess.
Crafted by AJ Fernández, this cigar reflects a lifetime of mastery, patience, and respect for tobacco tradition. Its seco-driven construction brings nuance where others chase raw power, resulting in a profile that is refined, complex, and dignified. Like the golden eagle it’s named after, Orum commands presence with grace rather than force.
Flavor Journey
The cigar begins with notes of cedar and toasted grain, joined by almond and a dusting of white pepper. Midway, honeyed cream smooths the edges, accented by a whisper of citrus zest. The final third lingers with a refined balance of sweetness, spice, and gentle complexity, leaving behind a lasting impression of elegance.
Why It Belongs in Privada
Privada exists to bring forward cigars that are not only rare, but also meaningful. The Golden Eagle embodies refinement and artistry, not through bold theatrics but through quiet mastery. As part of the Subterraneo series, it represents leadership, light, and heritage — qualities that align seamlessly with Privada’s mission to preserve and elevate cigar culture.
