The Amydor AMD360D Gold Foil Stamping Machine is an advanced choice for roasters in Australia looking to enhance their coffee bags with luxurious, on-demand gold foil designs. This model, specifically designed for professional-grade stamping, offers superior upgrades over its counterparts, the AMD360B and AMD360C, making it ideal for high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective branding solutions.
Please note that this printer is not compatible with bags featuring coffee degassing valves, as the bags need to lay as flat as possible for optimal printing.
While it can print on bottom box bags, this is not the recommended use. Wrinkled or unevenly flat bags may catch in the printing head, so precise alignment is essential.
This printer is most optimized for side-gusseted and stand-up pouches. However, at Central Coast Coffee, we have successfully printed on bottom box bags with careful handling.
Key Benefits of the AMD360D for Coffee Bag Customization:
- On-Demand Printing: With the AMD360D, roasters can print designs, logos, and brand elements on coffee bags as needed, reducing inventory costs and enabling rapid customization for seasonal blends, limited editions, or bespoke client orders.
- Enhanced Quality and Durability: This model includes advanced temperature control and pressure adjustments, which ensure consistent, sharp foil application on materials commonly used for coffee bags. The result is a durable, high-contrast finish that resists wear, preserving brand integrity through transport and handling.
- High Efficiency: With faster setup and foil application speed, the AMD360D is optimized for medium to high-volume production, making it possible to customize bags in larger batches without sacrificing quality.
Upgrades in the AMD360D Model:
Compared to the AMD360B and AMD360C models, the AMD360D offers:
- Higher DPI Resolution: 300 DPI for ultra-clear designs, vs. 200 DPI on models B and C.
- Wider Printing Width: 300mm width for enhanced design flexibility, vs. 250mm on B and C.
- Automatic Feeding: Available on models C and D, with AMD360D optimized for high efficiency, whereas AMD360B requires manual feeding.
The Amydor AMD360D gold foil stamping machine is the perfect investment for roasters aiming to add an exclusive touch to their coffee packaging. With on-demand printing capabilities, this machine is more than a branding tool—it's a gateway to premium, customized coffee bag designs that stand out on retail shelves and resonate with coffee lovers.
We offer phone and email support and we use this machine daily so are well-versed in its operation and maintenance.
