Giffard Coconut Liqueur is a lush, aromatic, and authentically tropical coconut liqueur that delivers fresh coconut flavor with smooth sweetness and a clean, silky finish. Versatile and approachable, it adds richness to cocktails, dessert drinks, or tropical spritzes without being heavy or overly sugary.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Crafted in France by the Giffard family — known for high-quality, fruit-focused liqueurs — this coconut expression begins with a neutral spirit base. Fresh, grated coconut flesh is macerated to capture natural oils and aromatics, infusing the spirit with pure coconut character. The infusion is lightly sweetened and filtered, preserving clarity, freshness, and balance.
Bottled at 18% ABV, it maintains ideal drinkability: strong enough to shine in cocktails, yet smooth enough for chilled sipping or dessert applications.
Critics Reviews
Professional tasters consistently praise Giffard Coconut Liqueur for its clean, natural coconut flavor, elegant sweetness, and versatility. It is often recognized as a premium alternative to heavier cream-based coconut liqueurs, celebrated for its bright aromatics and ability to elevate tropical cocktails with precision and freshness.
