Garrison Brothers Single Barrel 128.9 Proof is a high-proof Texas bourbon selected as a private barrel for Craft Cellars. Bottled at 64.45% ABV, it delivers the concentrated caramel, vanilla, oak and spice character associated with Garrison Brothers’ Texas-aged bourbon.
Food Pairing:Pairs well with smoked brisket, grilled steak, barbecue ribs, aged cheddar, pecans and dark chocolate.
Tasting Notes:Full-bodied and powerful, with concentrated sweetness, toasted oak and a rich mouthfeel.
Nose:Toasted oak, vanilla and deep caramel.
Palate:Rich chocolate, pronounced oak, maple-like sweetness and warming spice.
Finish:Long and warming with lingering honeyed sweetness, oak and cask-strength heat.
Serve:Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open the aromas and soften the 128.9-proof intensity.
