Colour: Beautiful ruby red colour.
Aroma: The nose opens gracefully with fine notes of Mediterranean herbs, wild red berries, and ripe cherries, punctuated by subtle hints of spice, black pepper, and a touch of wild smokiness.
Palate: Soft, smooth, and enveloping on the palate, showing an approachable core of red fruit flavours integrated with a delicate balsamic touch and a light, earthy grip.
Body: Medium-bodied with a pleasantly supple, well-rounded structure.
Finish: A balanced and persistent finish that carries a distinct streak of maritime sapidity.
Varietal Composition: 100% Perricone, an ancient and historically overlooked native Sicilian grape variety that has been joyfully rediscovered by the estate.
Stylistic Notes: Strikingly fresh and balanced, the wine undergoes controlled-temperature maceration on the skins for 10 to 12 days in stainless steel vats. It is subsequently aged entirely in stainless steel tanks and bottle to preserve its vibrant fruit profile and territorial character.
