64mm Flat Burrs
Flat burrs produce a more uniform particle size than conical burrs, which means more consistent extraction from grind to grind. At 64mm, the Ode's burr set is a professional-grade size — the same diameter you'd find on commercial café grinders, delivered in a home-counter footprint.
Anti-Static Technology
Static is the enemy of a clean grind workflow — it causes grounds to cling to surfaces, jump out of the catch cup, and make a mess of your counter. The Ode Gen 2 addresses this directly with built-in anti-static technology that reduces charge during grinding, keeping grounds where they belong.

Gen 2 Brew Burrs Designed in-house by Fellow. Two-stage grinding geometry for higher extraction and consistency. Grind range starts at 250–300 microns and up — capable of grinding finer than the SSP option, which makes them more versatile across light roasts, medium roasts, and general drip use. Flavor profile is balanced: enhanced body and sweetness, with medium clarity. The right starting point for most home brewers.
SSP MP Red Speed Brew Burrs (Upgraded) A highly coveted aftermarket burr set pre-installed at the factory. Coated in titanium aluminum carbon nitride (Red Speed coating), which increases durability and extends burr lifespan by up to 5x. Grind range starts at 300 microns and up. Produces extreme clarity and strong flavor separation — best suited for light roast, high-clarity pour-over work. For coffee nerds who want maximum resolution in the cup and are primarily brewing with lightly roasted single-origins.

Care & Maintenance
Daily Use:

Weekly Cleaning:

Calibration:
