Edmond Briottet Creme de Framboise (700mL) is a French raspberry liqueur made by Maison Briottet in Dijon and bottled at 18% ABV (36 proof). The authenticated Southern Glazer’s item binds the supplied UPC to one 700 mL glass bottle. Briottet’s U.S. portfolio representative identifies Heritage raspberries from Chile, selected for their strong, bright flavor, as the fruit behind this expression.
The raspberries are macerated in neutral spirit for two months before the infusion is separated, the remaining fruit is pressed, and sugar and water are added gradually. The result keeps ripe raspberry at the center, combining vivid fruit, sweetness, and natural tartness rather than layering in unrelated flavor claims. The exact supplier image shows the complete deep-red liqueur bottle, black closure, embossed glass, and white Crème de Framboise label on a clean field. Pour a small measure on its own or use it to add focused raspberry character to sparkling wine, sours, and other cocktails.
