Introducing the artful creation from Drumshanbo: a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey that redefines the spirit of western Ireland. Crafted through a meticulous triple distillation process at the Shed Distillery, each batch is a blend of malted and unmalted Irish barley paired with Irish barra oats. Aged for five years in casks that once held Kentucky Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry, this whiskey embodies a unique union of youthful vibrancy and mature depth.
The aroma unfolds with hints of toasted nuts, vanilla honey, and delicate toffee, setting the stage for a palate where warm spices, redcurrant, and coconut give way to layers of dark chocolate, almonds, and oak. Perfect when savored neat, it offers a creamy mouthfeel and a lingering, dry finish that invites you to appreciate every sip. Enhance your collection by making this spirited masterpiece yours today.
