Tasting Notes: barky cinnamon, orris root, cassia bark, not sweet, high bite and bitter, intense tincture
Dashfire Cinnamon Bitters present a captivating aroma and enticing scent. With a natural sweetness and woody undertones, they provide depth and earthiness. The mild but noticeable spiciness, reminiscent of cloves or spicy candy, comes from cinnamon as the main ingredient. An excellent addition to spirits like whiskey, bourbon, and aged rum. They also add a spiced twist to vodka-based cocktails, like the Hot Toddy, Old Fashioned, or Pisco Sour.
