Daftmill 2011 Single Cask #97 UK Exclusive is a Lowland treasure radiating finesse. Crafted by the Cuthbert family in Fife, it’s a farm-to-glass marvel. Distilled in December 2011, this single malt matured 13 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. Its deep amber hue enchants. Only 642 bottles exist, making it a collector’s dream. Why sip ordinary when you can savor rarity? Bottled at cask strength, it’s bold yet elegant. This whisky whispers tradition. Don’t let this gem slip away!
From Daftmill’s tiny distillery, producing just 20,000 liters annually, this 2025 release shines. Optic barley from the farm’s South fields, harvested in 2006, crafts its soul. Unveiled at the Fife Whisky Festival, it’s a UK exclusive. The Oloroso cask imparts rich fruit and spice. Isn’t it time to taste Lowland artistry? Each sip reflects Daftmill’s meticulous care. This is whisky with a story.
