Cutwater Old Grove Barrel Rested Gin is a barrel-aged gin rested in charred oak barrels — an aging process that layers rich oak character over Cutwater's botanical base for a more mature, nuanced gin.
Cutwater takes its Old Grove gin and rests it in charred oak, where the wood imparts warm color and depth while the botanicals remain at the core. The result sits between a classic gin and a barrel-aged spirit, equally at home sipped neat or in a barrel-aged Negroni.
