Medium Roast Coffee Inspired by our Proud History as the Birthplace of Confederation.
This Confederation Blend is a tribute to the events of 1864, where leaders of the governments and legislatures of Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and the Province of Canada met in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and created a shared vision of a union of the British North American colonies and the creation of a new country. Although Prince Edward Island wouldn't sign until later, the events at this conference were the foundation of what we know today as Canada.
This exceptional coffee pays homage to the stunning landscape and fertile lands that inspire its creation. Carefully selected beans are meticulously roasted, unveiling a symphony of flavours that encapsulate the Island's natural beauty. Delight in the smooth, velvety richness reminiscent of a stroll along the coastal waters. Indulge in the harmonious blend of luscious chocolate undertones, accentuated by hints of caramel and a touch of nutty sweetness. Immerse yourself in the captivating allure of Confederation Blend, a true reflection of the Island's charm and character. Elevate your coffee experience with each satisfying cup, savouring the essence of this exceptional blend crafted with passion and reverence for this remarkable place.
