The Cilio Treviso is a premium stainless-steel stovetop espresso maker with a reducing strainer for smaller batches. Elevated by a polished design and a flat bottom, the Treviso is compatible with induction cooktops.
To Use
Prep the Base: Unscrew the top and bottom pieces, and fill the bottom reservoir with cold water, ensuring the level stays just below the safety valve.
Add Grounds: Place the funnel filter in the base and fill it with medium-fine espresso grounds. Level the coffee smooth, but do not tamp or press down hard.
Assemble: Screw the top and bottom securely together.
Brew: Place on your stovetop over medium heat. Once you hear a quiet bubbling or gurgling sound and the liquid stops flowing, remove immediately from the heat.
Serve: Give the espresso a quick stir in the upper chamber and serve in pre-heated cups.
