The color is pale yellow with light green reflections. The nose opens with delicate floral notes which harmonize with aromas of quince and honey with overtones of mango and lime which create a sensation of freshness on the palate. The acidity gives it a straightforwardness and length and finishes with floral notes and citrus zest. A well-balanced wine with good aromatic persistence and mineral notes so characteristic of this alluvial gravel terroir.
90 Points - Wine Enthusiast
A rare 100% Sémillon wine, this has a youthful citrus edge. It also has the potential for baked-apple and light spice flavors and an altogether creamy character.
