Handcrafted in Calgary, Alberta, by True Wild Distilling, Breaker Box Classic Dry Gin is an artisanal expression distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills and vapor-infusion techniques. Grounded in a classic London Dry structural framework, it marries hand-harvested juniper with bright citrus peels, earthy roots, and regional wild botanicals to deliver a crisp, vibrant, and well-rounded craft spirit profile.
Food Pairing: Grilled salmon with lemon-dill butter, goat cheese crostini, fresh oysters, charcuterie with prosciutto and aged Cheddar, or lemon-herb chicken.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a clean, crisp, and smooth light-to-medium body.
Nose: Intensely aromatic with piney juniper berries leading upfront, accompanied by bright lemon and grapefruit zest, warm coriander seed, and a subtle herbal mountain-pine background.
Palate: Well-balanced and lively, opening with bold, crisp juniper berries and vibrant citrus oils before unfolding into layers of peppery spice, earthy angelica root, and soft floral undertones.
Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of citrus peel, piney juniper, and mild peppery spice.
Serve: Serve over large ice cubes with premium Indian or Mediterranean tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh lime or a twist of grapefruit peel, or as an ideal base for classic Dry Martinis and Negronis.
