Wine Description
The Black Cellar Blend 11 Pinot Grigio is a light, crisp white wine with a pale straw colour. The aromatic profile is fresh and inviting, featuring delicate notes of green apple, citrus zest, and ripe pear. On the palate, the wine is light bodied and refreshing, offering clean flavours of lemon, white peach, and a touch of honeyed sweetness. It exhibits a vibrant acidity and a smooth, easy drinking finish with subtle floral undertones. While primarily composed of Pinot Grigio, the 'Blend 11' designation indicates a curated selection of grapes designed to enhance the wine's fruitiness and balance. It is best enjoyed chilled and within a year of purchase to maintain its youthful character.
