Averell Damson Plum Gin Liqueur is a bold, high-proof American gin liqueur that celebrates the vibrant, intensely tart flavor of heirloom Damson plums. Produced by The American Gin Company in upstate New York, this 33% ABV spirit is made by barrel-pressing fresh autumn-harvested plums from local family orchards and blending the scarlet juice and skins directly with small-batch botanical gin. Higher in alcohol and significantly less sweet than a traditional European sloe gin, it delivers a complex profile of sharp fruit acidity, juniper, bay leaf, ginger, and warm winter spices. It is highly prized by mixologists as a versatile citrus alternative or base modifier, shining equally well in a simple sparkling wine fizz, paired with ginger beer, or mixed into classic sours and savory stirred drinks.
