Ardbeg An Oa BBQ Smoker is a gift pack pairing a portable BBQ smoker with a 750 ml bottle of Ardbeg An Oa Single Malt Scotch Whisky at 46.7% ABV. The compact smoker is built for grill use: load wood chips into the puck, set it at the back of the grill, and let the smoke surround the food.
An Oa is a peaty, complex single malt drawn from whiskies matured in three distinct cask types. The aromas are rounded and subtly smoky, with cigar smoke, roasted tea leaves and grilled artichokes.
On the palate it stays rounded and smoky, like burning applewood, with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates, plus a curious suggestion of juicy fruits such as peach and banana. A drop of water brings out reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance: lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar.
